What can my club manage in TurfLink?
Plan jobs and routines, manage staff, record agronomy and treatments, track stock and machinery, review budgets and reports, and publish course information for members.
Can Course Managers and agronomists work together?
Yes. Course Managers can invite agronomists to their club. Agronomists can work across their invited clubs in the shared Agronomy Centre, with access based on their role.
What can members see?
Your club controls what it publishes. Members can view course status, conditions and maintenance updates in the TurfLink app, which is free for members.
Can we use TurfLink on desktop and phone?
Yes. Course teams and agronomists can use the staff workspace on desktop and phone with the same club records.
Where do we manage our subscription?
Club subscriptions and Stripe payments are managed on this website. Course Managers can open Club billing from the site.
We are moving from another system. Where do we start?
Contact TurfLink and tell us which system you use and what records you want to bring across. We can discuss setup and migration with you.
